HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DOMAIN?

You'll receive the email link to accept the domain transfer within 24 hours of your purchase. We'll send you a text message on the phone number you provide at checkout letting you know when the transfer link is sent.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH THE TRANSFER?

Contact us and we'll get it figured out. Don't worry, if for any reason you are still not able to receive ownership of the domain we will issue you a full refund.

IS THE LOGO INCLUDED?

No, the logos are for our own display and marketing purposes only. They include stock images sourced from 3rd party companies and have limited usage rights. We strongly suggest having a custom logo designed for your brand/website. (Not sure where to find a logo designer? Check out fivver.com)

WHERE DO I FIND MY GODADDY CUSTOMER NUMBER?

When signed in to your GoDaddy account, click the dropdown next to your name (in the top right corner of the screen) and your customer number should appear. PLEASE NOTE: Your GoDaddy customer number is NOT the same as your password or pin! It is just the number associated with your GoDaddy account, and is used to ensure the domain is transferred to the correct account.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES?

There are no additional fees associated with the transfer. Moving forward you'll just need pay the yearly GoDaddy renewal fee (less than $20/year) to maintain ownership of the domain.

WHEN WILL THE DOMAIN BE DUE TO RENEW?

You can check when the domain will be due for renewal HERE. Once there, just search the domain name and look for the Registry Expiration Date.
